The Tower
The Tower:
Something is about to rock your world. It will create extreme shifts in your life. It will come suddenly, and in a definite kind of way. But, it’s something you know is coming if you’re willing to see it.
The Tower (R):
This is a card that always disturbs me. It’s frightening in it’s look alone. But today, there is a realization that comes with this card in the reversed position. When we want change, and we ask for change, we have to be willing to accept change in whatever form it comes. The saying of “Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it,” comes to mind. More than that, when we want something, we have to make the changes required to have that thing come into our lives. It takes a shift inside ourselves… no one can make that shift for us. And THAT, my friends, is the truly scary part, because, often we have to let go of one thing in order to have another. For instance, if you want a life partner, then you have to be willing to share yourself, your life, your living space, your time, etc. You can’t have one without the other.
The Tower reversed suggests that we know what shift needs to happen, and we might even know it needs to happen, but, we’re too afraid, or unwilling to make it. Putting it off, though, won’t stop it.
What shift do you need to make? Isn’t it time you made it?
